About Our Air Compressor Parts & Services

How Can I Get Parts for My Compressed Air System?

To receive the parts you need for your compressed air system, you can call us or stop into our office during normal business hours. In most cases, we have the parts stocked, but we’ll place an order for you if we don’t. From there, you can either pick them up from our office or we can have them shipped directly to your facility.

If you have an after-hours compressed air emergency, you can call our Emergency Service Hotline at (616) 669-6040 ext. 2, and one of our on-call technicians will get you the parts you need.

Where Do You Perform Services?

We have service vehicles, so our technicians can drive out to your facility and perform service. However, if you’d prefer to bring your equipment to us, we can also work on anything 125HP or smaller in our own service facility.

Do You Require Preventative Service Contracts?

We’re committed to making agreements, not signing contracts. We trust our good work and customer service to help us build strong customer relationships.

Can You Help Me Design a New Compressed Air System for My Facility?

Yes! We can provide comprehensive, turnkey solutions for all of your compressed air needs. Our compressed air engineering experts can design your compressor room, as well as all the piping, ductwork, and venting that goes into it. We’re proud to say we can provide everything to design, build, and maintain your system — the only thing we outsource is electrical work.

What Types of Compressed Air Equipment Do You Sell?

We sell all the components you need from the point compressed air is created, to the point it’s delivered to equipment in your plant. This includes things like air compressors, compressed air dryers, filtration systems, piping, venting, and ductwork.

If you’re interested in learning more about the main types and brands of compressed air equipment we supply, check out our Equipment page.

Do You Perform Air Audits?

Yes, we’re always happy to perform an air audit in your facility. These audits help us ensure you’re given the best compressed air equipment to meet your application’s specific needs.

About Our Emergency Services

Do You Provide 24/7 Emergency Services and Parts?

Yes! We’re dedicated to supporting our customers with 24/7 service, every day of the year. If your compressed air system needs emergency service, contact our 24/7 Emergency Service Hotline at (616) 669-6040 ext. 2. From there, you can discuss the details of your emergency with one of our on-call technicians, and they’ll provide the information and service you need to get things back up and running as soon as possible.

How Much Do Your After-Hours Emergency Services Cost?

After-hours emergencies are any compressed air emergency that occurs outside of our normal business hours, which are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If your system needs after-hours emergency servicing, the cost of labor is 50% greater than our normal rates. There’s also a 2-hour labor charge for parts only, which isn’t affected by the 50% increase.

Do You Have Rental Equipment Available?

Yes, we have a variety of electric- and diesel-powered portable compressors, as well as a few air dryers — all of which are stocked and ready-for-use. For more information, visit our Portable & Rental Equipment page.
