Kate grew up going to Unity Christian then to Trinity Christian College and GVSU. She also developed her patience for crazy people while she was a youth pastor for a local church, then spent time in the banking industry and at another local business before joining the Sawyer Team. Kate is the mother hen that keeps the Sawyer Team doing the right thing, while also managing computer tech and human resources. No matter what we throw her way she keeps smiling. Along with spending time as a family with their three kids, Kate and her husband make wine--growing their own grapes, bottling it themselves, and developing their own labels.
