John is locally grown out of the corn fields of Vriesland. He cut his teeth in the compressor world at a young age, working with 2 Sawyer Techs that have since retired. Once trained by them, he spent many years on the road by himself, quickly becoming the tech lead. John knows compressor controls, electronics, and mechanics. Smart and a hard worker, he studied refrigeration, left Sawyer for a few years to perfect his knowledge, then returned to give Sawyer the capability to repair refrigerated dryers. When not working, John spends time outdoors with family and friends--taking pictures, hunting, and fishing. And also fills weekends with hog roasting with his father.
